The My Ngoc Hotel Restaurant began operating in February 1996 as a hotel and tour agency, offering trekking tours through CatBa National Park [the Archipelago Biosphere Reserve] and tours through the Halong Bay UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In 2006, the My Ngoc Hotel Restaurant expanded to include the ‘MY NGOC GROUP’ under the management of Nguyen Minh Tuan. The ‘MY NGOC GROUP’ includes six famous traditional tourist sail boats and has specialized in providing boats for multiple Ha Noi based companies that organize local holiday tours visiting Cat Ba Island and around the country.
